Don't Panic If a Cross-Platform Transfer Hasn't Arrived
Withdrawing from OKX, Huobi (HTX), or other exchanges to Binance is essentially an on-chain blockchain transfer. The process involves three stages: sender processing → on-chain confirmation → Binance crediting. A delay or issue at any stage can cause the non-arrival.
Importantly, as long as the operation was correct (address, network, and Memo all match), funds won't be lost. It may just require waiting or contacting support.
Step 1: Check the Sender's Status
Log in to the sending platform and check the withdrawal status. "Under Review/Processing" means it hasn't been sent to the blockchain yet. "Completed" with a TxID means it's been broadcast. "Failed/Rejected" means the withdrawal didn't succeed and funds return to the sender.
Different platforms process at different speeds — OKX is usually fast, Huobi can be slower, and smaller exchanges have unpredictable timing.
If you don't have a Binance account yet, register on Binance to prepare your receiving address.
Step 2: On-Chain Query
After getting the TxID, check on the corresponding blockchain explorer (etherscan.io, tronscan.org, bscscan.com, etc.). Key information: Status (Success/Pending/Failed), Confirmations (compare with Binance's minimum), To address (verify it matches your Binance deposit address), and Amount.
Step 3: Check the Binance Side
Log in to Binance and check the deposit history. If there's a record showing "Waiting" or "Processing," Binance has detected it. If there's no record, Binance hasn't detected the transaction yet.
Also check: deposit channel status (look for "Suspended"), network matching (sender network must match Binance deposit address network), and Memo (correctly filled for tokens that require it).
OKX vs Binance Network Name Differences
| OKX Name | Binance Name | Actual Network |
|---|---|---|
| TRON | TRC20 | TRON |
| ETH-ERC20 | ERC20 | Ethereum |
| BSC-BEP20 | BEP20 | Binance Smart Chain |
As long as the actual network is the same, different naming doesn't matter.

When to Contact Support
If all checks are done, on-chain is confirmed, information is correct, but Binance still hasn't credited after exceeding normal time — contact support with: token, network, amount, TxID, sender platform name, Binance deposit address, and Memo (if applicable).
FAQ
How long does a transfer from OKX to Binance typically take?
If OKX processes quickly and the network isn't congested, TRC20 can arrive within 5 minutes, ERC20 may need 10–20 minutes. Including OKX's review time, the total may be 10–30 minutes.
Is there additional risk transferring from small exchanges to Binance?
Smaller exchanges may be less reliable. Ensure the withdrawal address is correct and the network is right. If their withdrawal review is too slow, contact their support.
Security Tips
When making cross-platform transfers: only get deposit addresses from the official Binance APP or website, verify the first and last characters after copying, do a small test for the first transfer between two platforms, confirm the Binance deposit channel is active before large transfers, and save every TxID for future reference.
