If you're using a Chinese Apple ID, you won't find Binance in the App Store because the app isn't available in the China region store. The solution is simple — log into the App Store with a foreign Apple ID to download it.
Get a Foreign Apple ID
You'll need an Apple ID registered to a region like the US, Japan, or Hong Kong. There are two ways to get one:
- Register your own: Create a new Apple ID on Apple's website, select the US or Japan as your region, use a real local address you can find online (like a hotel address), and choose "None" for payment method
- Borrow from a friend: If you have a friend overseas, you can temporarily use their Apple ID to log into the App Store
Important: Don't log into someone else's account in Settings → Apple ID — only switch accounts within the App Store itself to avoid iCloud data issues.
Download Binance from the App Store
Open the App Store, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, scroll to the bottom and tap "Sign Out," then sign in with the foreign Apple ID. Once logged in, search for "Binance," verify the official icon and the developer name "Binance Inc.," and tap download.
The download process is the same as any other app. Once installed, the Binance icon will appear on your home screen.
Switch Back to Your Local Apple ID
After the download is complete, go back to the App Store and sign out of the foreign ID the same way, then sign back in with your own local Apple ID. Switching back won't affect the installed Binance App — it will stay on your phone and work normally.
When Binance releases updates in the future, you'll need to switch to the foreign ID again to update through the App Store. If that's too much hassle, the app sometimes offers direct update downloads (via TestFlight or enterprise certificates), though these may not be as stable as the App Store version.
After Download
Once installed, open the app to confirm it runs properly. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for Binance to get a trading fee discount. We recommend enabling Face ID login and two-factor authentication right away — iPhone's biometric features combined with Binance's security make for a convenient and secure experience.
